I love to Xscape to Milton Keynes and relax at the Peace Pagoda. We take a trip to the theatre and see the weekend action at the fantastic stadium MKDONS. Above all MIlton Keynes is so much better than having to entertain your children by sticking your head in some cardboard flowers!( see photo) at a local farm.

Since the very first day I've been living in Milton Keynes I just can't stop thinking: it's my city, my place, myself. From greenery to the CMK and from lakes to the shops with everything in between, MK had got so much for everybody. As you can see from the picture attached, Mk is amazing. I'm under the spell of it. I breathe it, I live it, I love it.

A wonderful pink art gallery. What more could you want? Despite being a mere 10 years Milton Keynes Gallery has already put itself on the map for being one of the UK's leading contemporary art galleries. A small organisation it may be but its output is BIG I’m telling you! From Gilbert and George to Turner Prize winner Mark Leckey, this is the place to see it all first. Lets forget about the obvious for a moment, we know that MK has beautiful parks, excellent shopping and is a wonderful, modern place to live. Its location is ideal, it’s clean and its certainly got its fair share of history. Its also got some really good spots for relaxation as well as some brilliant attractions on offer,. But what else? Some may say that MK's youth means that it lacks in a certain je nais se quoi or a certain amount of culture. Balderdash! Milton Keynes gallery presents contemporary culture at its best. And to me, that’s what Milton Keynes is all about.

We, as afamily, all love Milton Keynes. This is a picture of Willen Lake hosting the Jet Ski Championships. Willen Lake also hosts the Dragon Boat Festival and the World Speedboat Championships, all which we have been to and had a great day out. We love the fact that you can ride your bike anywhere in Milton Keynes and never have to cross a road. This is very important for us as a family with small children. Milton Keynes is a very green city, and very pretty throughout the year no matter what the season is. I would defy anyone to come here and not like it. We have great shopping, nightlife, kids entertainment, family days out. Where do I stop? I have seen our city change and move with the times and grow and it's a great place to be. I can't see myself being anywhere other than Milton Keynes. It has so much to offer, so much to do for all ages and most importantly of all..........................we have our concrete cows. I went to Turkey a few years ago and a guy who had never been to Milton Keynes was talking about our concret cows!!! Cool.
